Japan, June 2005 / Day #4: Yamanote line, bound to Tokyo-eki
This will be my last whole day in Tokyo, so the obvious target for today is the Tokyo Imperial Palace. I was hoping to get a nice photo of local trains in Tokyo, but unfortunately the trains are either packed like sushi, when getting a camera out of your bag is practically impossible, or unnaturally empty like this one. It will have to do.
What happened to day #3? I spend the day three walking around Shinjuku and exchanging my Japan Rail Pass -thingie for the real thing. It takes quite a while if you don't speak much Japanese and the lady across the desk only knows a few words in English.
